Our roots & commitment

Health is built at the kitchen table, not in clinic walls.

We dismantle systemic barriers to wellness through free workshops, practical health literacy resources, and direct community referrals across Washington State.

The founding story

Neighbor-to-neighbor care over bureaucratic walls

When we began in communities across Washington, we saw too many families walking away from standard health portals with complicated paperwork and no clear answers. We set out to change that by meeting people where they are.

By partnering with local doctors, cultural associations, and dedicated volunteers, our navigators sit down at community center tables to guide individuals step-by-step through chronic illness management and preventive wellness.

Family perspective

When my husband was diagnosed with diabetes, we felt completely lost in the medical maze. HealthPoint Cares sat with us at our kitchen table, translated every document, and walked us through nutrition changes step by step.
